New York City-based board-certified gynecologist, fellowship-trained urogynecologist and reconstructive pelvic surgeon committed to helping each patient live her best life, Dr. Romanzi is the pioneer of a hysterectomy-free technique of uterine resuspension for prolapse repair and was the first surgeon in Manhattan to perform the minimally invasive Tension Free Vaginal Tape procedure for urinary incontinence. Her new book, Plumbing and Renovations, gives readers the inside scoop on the latest therapies for prolapse and pelvic fitness. Her stellar clinical and managerial talents include 6 years as aesthetician, trainer and educator with Aveda's Washington DC center, where she mastered the most ancient to the most recent and innovative approaches and techniques to holistic skincare and healthy lifestyles.
